Important facts
- All mentioned rates are excluding stay tax.
- The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions generally apply
- Cancellation terms: Until 3 months prior to arrival no charge.
- Until 1 month prior to arrival we keep the right to charge 3 overnights on the base overnight/ breakfast If the reserved rooms are not being utilized, we are allowed to charge 80% of the complete price if the rooms can not be sold.
- In case of early departure before the agreed departure date, we keep the right to charge the complete amount.
- Please keep in mind that the hotel is non smoking only.
Arrival and departure:
In case of arrival after 21:00 please let us know.
On day of departure you can keep the rooms until 11:00.
On day of arrival, your rooms are ready from 14:00 on.
If you want to use your departure day, we offer the possibility of a day-use room at € 40,-
Supplements/Discounts
For B&B accommodation € 9,- per person and night are deducted.
Dogs welcome! We charge € 10,- per dog/ day without food.
